Anyone have tips on how to best clarify client briefings with clients? Is there a list of must-ask questions? Our clients often don’t know what they want and I feel like we’re not asking enough/right questions to narrow down on objectives and deliverables. Even when we align on objectives, it still ends up in changing/adding request once they see creative development. Simply want to avoid having too many rounds of revisions as they often want to “test and see” numerous amount of versions.

Last May I was volunteered for a stretch role that lasted 10 months, then corona hit so no real downtime after. Now getting volunteered to backfill a SM for an early promo. Like I want it, but I am not sure if I can do 1.5 years in a row of stretch roles without completely burning out :-( I only have been able to take 1 week off over the past year.
