Which firms in Chicago have the strongest FDD practice?

Just founded a startup, but been coasting at FAANG. I want to challenge myself to do more (maybe chase promotion or take more responsibility), but I’m afraid it will take away from my ability to spend time working on the startup if I stop coasting. I’m having a hard time understanding the salary /TC ranges for mid- to senior-level strategy positions in the Denver area (10-15 YOE). They seem to vary a lot, and are broadly low vs. other markets (mid $100k-low $200k vs TC closer to $300-$400k+ on the coasts). Any observations? I’ve been dealing with severe anxiety and depression for the past year, which has started to have very noticeable physical impacts. My PCP recommended therapy & SSRI medication, but I’m very weary of the medication route. I’d prefer to begin working with a therapist who could perhaps also provide an opinion/guidance on the medication option.

Car Tire gurus - Yokohama Avid Ascend GT vs LX. I live in CO so winter capability is important, but with a Subaru Outback the car already is well equipped.

Question is whether or not the GT is that much better in the snow that it is worth foregoing an extra 20,000 miles potential tread life with the LX.
