Best suitcase or travel bag and why... GO!

Currently a big fan of Travelpro International Carryon. Lightweight, spacious for 4 days of clothes (inc dress and casual shoes, sweater, and a few other items without use of expansion zipper).

But the best suitcase is one left unpacked on weeks where I'm working remote!

Suitcase because less wrinkles and i can roll it

My current gig involves smaller regional jet so I carry a soft duffel that fits in overhead and check a pelican/seahorse hard bag if there’s too much stuff (this week have a bottle of booze for a host gift and big books for one of my peers who is interested in information security work)

My work travel is mostly one to two night quick trips and lots of connecting flights, so I almost always go with a smallish leather duffle. Always can find space for it onboard and it’s easier to carry around (easier to get through revolving doors/turnstiles, never have to drag it through slushy streets and sidewalks during the winter). When I use a real suitcase I like my away

Yes. Lay the pants out, fold shirt to fit on top of pants (collar at waist), roll from bottom of legs. Shake out and hang when you arrive

My GF has trouble standing up for herself. She's on client travel and one of her co-workers made her really upset (very uncalled for and should have never happened). She called me crying. After consoling her I told her that she needs to go to her manager and possibly HR (yes it's to that level).
She told me she can't and she's not that person (she thinks she'll get the other person fired). She knows that she should and hates that she doesn't stand up for herself. What can I do to help?

My H1-B is valid till March '22.
The company lawyers are filing for an extension start of Jan and might do it in premium processing.

Questions:
1. If approved, does the new H1 kick in immediately, or after expiry of current H1 in March?
2. If I travel before March, can I reenter on original valid H1 or will I need new visa stamp due to the extension/new H1?

Thank you for any inputs offered.
