I have a field in excel that represents the GSID, that I want to concatenate to create a link. Example field GSID is 123-west and the link needs to be www.website/123_west.html for some reason using concatenate with left & right formulas to switch - to _ results in the field throwing an error. Anyone knows of a way to make this work?

Hi all,
Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.

i don't know if it's a hack or just advice: set a limit on how much work you do, especially grading. don't grade everything, focus on certain skills or standards and you can always grade it the next work day when you're more focused and refreshed.

Take care of yourself and don’t fall prey to the martyr syndrome of many teachers.
Despite the importance, teaching is just a job. You are not a nun and your job doesn’t own every minute of your life.
Enjoy the wonderfulness of the kids but don’t feel you have to do everything and be everyone for every kid. You will undoubtedly fail.
Just do your best and set limits.
