Well. I did it. I was able to secure my niece as a nanny starting in June and decided to request a leave of absence to cover me until then. So far it’s been tentatively approved. I could cry. I joined mindtree in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX.
Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis."
Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ?

Finally pulled the trigger on it. It seemed to work for my healthy hair but for the overly damaged bits it did not seem to work. Also I think the high heat from flat ironing during the procedure put the damaged hairs over the edge. Going to go back to the salon and see if there’s anything they can do.
