Received a verbal offer from a recruiter congratulating me on clearing the final round. However did not receive a written offer or what the TC package would look like. They have started the right to work checks and the investments / pension plan declaration. Is this normal? Should I send across any documents or wait for the written offer to come through (not even sure if the terms offered would be favourable!!)?

How do you get Epic training if you are not working at a place that offers it? I read that you have to work somewhere that has the training and software. I read having that can boost your income in the Healthcare industry.

I got I new job I start in 2 weeks. My husband and I planned on trying for our second child in August. Our children will already be much father apart in age because he was unexpectedly deployed for 18 months when our son just turned 1. I was a month in as Workday HCM Consultant with Accenture. They immediately throw me into the HCM courses to obtain my WD HCM certification. There are three parts HCM Essentials, HCM Applied, and HCM Practical. The passing score is 70 or above. I scored a 62 on the Essentials portion, I passed Applied, and at the end of this week Practical. During class, I received an “immediate connect” Team call and I was fired because of my low score. I'm devastated, and shocked. Yesterday was my birthday.

I’m returning back to work this week from maternity leave and wondering what to do as far as nursing/pumping. Our 5 month old isn’t on a schedule right now and nurses on demand (every ~2 hrs or so). My husband will be watching him for the next few weeks, followed by a nanny so I could continue nursing. Do you think it would be better to try and put baby on a schedule and block off time for nursing? Is it realistic to nurse on demand while working? Switch to pumping?
