Headspace, sleepcasts! I LOVE it! Listen to cat marina or midnight laundry each night, and they are subtly different so I’m not bored but just reassuring voices sending me to sleep.

Alternatively, use audible and get a boring book & use the sleep timer on it.

The person I’m seeing has been responding to my texts days later (only a recent development) and it’s making me anxious. My mom won't wear her Fitbit to bed. She has a pacemaker and has had a fib. We got it for Christmas so we could find out while she's in an episode and not a month later. She read or saw somewhere that it interferes with pacers. I looked it up and it's not a legit concern, but wanted more opinions before I advise.

Does anyone else get post pandemic “get back to normal” anxiety?? I want everyone to be healthy and happy and the suffering over Covid to end. But I can’t go back to “normal” life. I can’t go back to the life of an overflowing calendar being glorified.
