Late comment but a lifting program. Building muscle should be your priority if you are low in muscle mass. https://thefitness.wiki/?amp choose a beginner program (linear progression) and stick to it. Make sure you’re eating sufficient protein (lots of numbers get thrown around but I like to do .8g-1g per lb of body weight).
If you’re looking for a good workout program, I would suggest checking out The Sculpt Society. Otherwise, I would say eat the cereal, eat the ice cream, and eat the Oreos. To me, it sounds like you are eating these foods in moderation anyway, so good for you! The only other pieces of advice I can think of are to make sure to stop snacking a couple of hours before bed and to drink plenty of water
If you have a background or historic program of working out before now and got out of the habit, start slow and lower weight than you were at your fittest (it’s okay).
If you don’t haven’t worked out at the gym and are more just aware of being out of shape, definitely look into either a formal gym with classes that work for your schedule (F45, orange theory, Equinox, etc.) or app-based programs (Sweat, Tone & Sculpt, Tone it up, Katie Crewe, Alive by Whitney, etc.)
As a reminder, getting into shape takes time and visual changes take even longer than internal changes normally. Stick with the process.
And for butt focused only, check out Brett Contreras @brettcontreras1 who has published pretty extensively on glute development.
