I need insight on these “Tell me about a time” interview questions. I understand the response format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) however, I’m having difficulty with needing to have a story for a hella ton of scenarios when they’re asking these questions. Any tips/ tricks to pass this type of interview? So aggravating when interviewing and 90% of time in the interview are these questions and the last 10% are about your experience/ skills. Just made it to round one PEI with McKinsey. Do any McKinsey folk have tips regarding the PEI and what to expect? Also doing technical interview and case study. Would love more case study practice, first one went well and would like to work on the feedback given.
