Best vacation you’ve ever taken? Husband and I are planning a 1-2 week vacation sometime in the spring. We’ve already done a lot of the Caribbean (USVI, Aruba, Cayman Islands).

Spain! Took the train to Pamplona for the running of the bulls, train back to Barcelona, flew to Mallorca for a couple days (driving mopeds through the mountains was amazing), then ended with beach time and exploring Barcelona before flying home.

Japan! Beginning in Tokyo to see modern Japan for a few days and then to Kyoto to see a traditional city. It is so beautiful and walking in all the different temples is totally different from anything in the US or Caribbean! If you have time definitely go to Nara and see the 🦌 it's pretty neat. I have also been to Australia which was awesome - fly into Cairn and spend some time in the rainforest and then to Ayres rock which is stunning and you can do a sun rise camel ride up to the rock (definitely recommend!) then on to Sydney to spend some time in a city. There is so much to do there and going to those three places basically takes you across the country.

Just wanted to remind my fellow creatives that agencies need us more than we need them. It’s important to be respectful, but don’t be afraid to speak up, push back, ask for a raise, ask for time off or quit. The value we bring to the table is fundamental, very hard to replace and is often overlooked by us and leadership. Agencies everywhere are in overdrive mode and creatives are being overworked to keep the engine moving. Make sure you’re compensated properly for it.

I live in another state but am summoned to help take care of their kids with absolutely no notice. I say no & im the problem...

The ultimate goal is to save enough for the kids college, retire early, and travel. Or do you take a lower salary career with minimal travel and flexibility to spend time with your family?

Hi Sharks, I am looking for a Job in IT sector. Bsc computers 2013 passed out. Worked for Non IT US health care process. Need your advises on career transition.

I leased a 2019 Forte from Kia and I was just going to return it as moving back to my home country. However the buyout cost is 12.8k and quick search on online shows them selling for up to 20k and mine has less miles (only 13k). Caravana offered 17.8k thru their quick appraisal. Is there anything I am missing here? is there no risk to buying and selling immediately? Will there be taxes? Extra costs from Kia possibly that i’m not considering that wouldn’t make this worthwhile. TIA
