^this. JLC would be my pick in the <$10k range, for non flashy yet high end dress watches. Their master control and the reverso lines provide a lot of options and dial variations, including precious metals. Not sure what your price point is but a Lange would also be a good option in the $16K + range.
Omega seamaster is a nice piece and doesn’t look too flash

How about a Jacob and Co?

Anything that’s not a Rolex, Patek or AP generally flies under the radar (assuming it’s also not a precious metal or diamond piece) and even those a lot of people won’t bother to notice. Under the radar brands include GS, JLC, and Zenith.

Wear whatever you want. Most people won’t notice, those that do will either 1- strike up a convo with you, 2- ignore it completely, or 3 - have a negative opinion. 3 is the least likely of them all.

Think you’re able to wear a Rolex OP and that will fly under the radar. Honestly no one cares …
Btw, I remember seeing the mens version of the ladies watches that’s currently pinned. Any chance someone still has that link if it’s still out there?
Thanks 🙏

Any watch is fine as long as it is not fully gold color or has a lot gold color. Or too big on your wrist, which will draw clients unnecessary attention, or any weird open heart watch such as Richard Mille.

Any Vacheron, no one knows what they are

As long as you’re not trying too hard, most watch lovers or people who care would enjoy the conversation if interested.
Why would wearing a luxury watch automatically make someone a dbag? Unless you are purposely flaunting it. I like starting conversation with time pieces.
