Hi guys, my target promotion year is 2024 but I have asked a fast-track for 2023. I have conveyed the same to my coach as well as my SM. However, I'm not sure if my project is willing to support me. (Because too many have their milestone this year from C to SC). How can I initiate a conversation with my SM asking if they are considering my case and would provide me next level work? They're giving me next level work from my perspective but not sure if the thought is same on the other end too!
