Best place to stay in Jacksonville, FL?
Is it just for one passenger? I used to take the trains all the time in Europe but now that my wife usually travels with me it doesn’t always make sense.
We use one-way Blacklane a lot, it is similarly priced to first class train tickets but is private and on our schedule. Here is a voucher for 20% off your first ride.
Use the voucher code 41XFK2KL to save 20% on your first ride booking.

**disclaimer I also get a voucher if you use it.
Another option to consider is LCCs like RyanAir, etc. looking two weeks out, easyjet has round trips for $100 if you want something inexpensive.
*$290
You need to book your train way in advance, proces are way more reasonable then
Plane can be as low as like $50 depending on the day
Try BlablaCar, it’s a carsharing app
It’s probably cheaper that way
A 2 person 2 day in 1 month eurorail pass is like $250. Check it out. There are some restrictions.. blabla car is also okay, but can be annoying. I much prefer the train
Also depending on how long you are going for and how many of you there are. You can rent a car quite economically which is a great way to see the country. Parking isn’t bad in nice
Book tickets a few weeks in advance and the tickets are much cheaper. Also, look at taking a slightly slower IC instead of the TGV. Use Loco2 to search for bookings
I’d look into flights - between Ryanair and easyjet, you could probably get round trip flights for $175 and also save you some time
