[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Happy 4th of July!!! How are you celebrating today?
Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?

If you’re currently billable, you’ll probably burn bridges with your account manager as it messes up forecasting big time and also pisses off the client. So it depends on if those relationships matter to you if you’re billable at a client.

No reason to take all vacation/PTO days. They will get paid out. You can’t take sick unless you are sick. Falsely burning through these would be quite outside accepted norms.
Sick day = no pay
Pto = maybe
So use all up if you can
They don’t pay out sick days. Your PTO will be cashed out. #Facts
Will pay you for PTO. Will not pay you for sick days. So use them for a pre resignation holiday.
Are there sick days at ACN?
Taking a one sick day is fine. In all honesty, stress makes me sick. So mental health days are legit one-off sick days to me. but taking more than one sick day and then quitting on top of that is very suspicious. And quite honestly, who knows how the company may react to that or how it will impact your reputation with your current coworkers (network) if word gets out
