Any recommendation for a solo trip in the U.S? I’m 27F, petite, Asian American, don’t drive so renting a car is out of option :/ I love good food, city, nature, adventure, chilling in beach, etc. Basically everything lol I would like somewhere that’s relatively safe to travel solo, don’t need a rental car (Uber or public transport is ok), and has good things to do there. Needing your help!
I’ve done them all and think Amtrak is the best. Comfy seats and super convenient from penn station into union station. Also shorter than driving and less susceptible to delays (traffic, etc.)

Amtrak is super easy. It can be pricey though so if you’re price-conscious there’s always the bus
Pro
Amtrak. Yes, Acela is faster, but I’d still take the regional over driving or bus.

Book Amtrak in advance and from popular stations and you can get it for under $35

Amtrak
Book amtrak like a month in advance and you can get tickets for like $31. Last time I did that my tickets were like $19. Plus they have food on the trains.
Amtrak or Fly.
Depends on how close to your trip it is. If it’s more than a month out you should be able to get a good Amtrak deal. Otherwise flying is cheaper
Pro
Depends on who is paying.
Bus if trying to save $$. Amtrak if money is not an issue.
