I wanted to understand how RSUs work in your favour? I mean if I am getting rsus amounting to 40% of my package, and another company is matching the package with all fixed, should I still choose Autodesk package? How about selling them and taxation? Is it really beneficial or risky?

1. How did you all draft your rental agreements? (Website, lawyer, etc)

I’m a nursing home administrator and things have become so challenging in the industry I’m thinking of making a career change but I’m totally lost as to what i should do! Have you calculated how much total tax you pay each year? Last year I made $185K and paid $68.5K in total taxes, which includes federal income and payroll taxes (social security and Medicare) and state income tax. 37% of net income went to taxes. How much in taxes are people paying?
