Manchester VT has a great resort that is SPG. Equinox. Lots of good stuff to do around there (outlets, hiking, skiing? etc). About 3h from Boston

Winter? Probably somewhere in VT or NH if you guys ski/snowboard. Nothing really to do down by the shore in Newport RI, for example. Too cold to do the normal boating/beach type of thing

Assuming no skiing, Portland is pretty good - did this a few weeks ago. Lots of restaurants and breweries etc Press Hotel is autograph collection, and we got upgraded from status.

I have a 3 bed basement suite for rental , and all 3 rooms are currently occupied by tenants.
One day one of the tenants whose room is connected to the living room decided to move some of her stuff to the living room and just live there (other 2 rooms are separated from livingroom). The other 2 tenants have been complaining and I have been trying to talk to her but she is adamant she wants to use the whole living room. Her rent is the lowest (smallest Rm) I want to increase rent. Any idea how?

Hi wanted to vent - my bf went skiing with his friend this weekend. It’s a fairly new relationship but he didn’t even call me to wish me happy Valentine’s Day :(. I feel like he could’ve called me at least for a few minutes. I didn’t call him because I didn’t want to disturb him. I know it’s a stupid holiday and I have no problem not celebrating it but also feel like this was the bare minimum. Feeling a little bit bummed :((
