Morning. Get it out of the way and be very awake when you get to the office.
What do you guys do about post-workout sweat? For me usually an issue for 1h after gym.

^ I agree. I'm definitely a morning work out guy... I always find a YMCA close to my project and sign up for a membership! (Deloitte let's you expense it to the project... not sure if your firm does as well)
Morning on an empty stomach. Best way to burn fat
@ey1 I'm pretty sure that is horribel and slows down your metabolism. You are burning energy on low energy reserves causing your body to slow its burn rate down to conserve 😂.
Hot corepower yoga
BCG1 - take a cold shower. Seinfeld had an episode on this.
Dinnertime
@BCG1 - I allow myself a full hour from when I finish the workout to leaving for the client site. 15-20 minutes of cool down, social media, etc and then I take my time getting ready so I'm not rushed and sweaty. Cold shower is key too.
Cut carbs
I agree morning is the best time but I feel my body isn't fully awake so it's so hard for me to do high intense workout. (HIIT or interval)
I also can't do mornings since I'm not fully awake before 10 am. My current client is walking distance from an LA Fitness and I've been going during lunch!
