Better to leave big 4 as a senior 1 or manager 1?

Any tips to get smarter about analytics and better at critical thinking as I get more senior in my role? I feel like my media department coworkers ask better questions and have better solutions (as they should). I have substantial knowledge like Google Analytics and various campaign metrics, but feel short compared to colleagues. Curious what courses, newsletters, etc may help.

Today my AWS virtual desktop to access the clients systems went into full screen mode and I couldn't get out of it and back to my local pc. Tried restarting the virtual box but it went right back into full screen mode. After about 30 minutes I finally googled it on my phone and found the keyboard command.
