Anyone got tips on jumping from Big 4 Ops/Tech work to MBB in Canberra?

New hire at big 4 advisory, think human capital type practice. Technically based out of Philadelphia, but am living 90 minutes away from the office/airport. The return to office climate, let alone client approach, has been communicated as WFH is the default. Based off of only going into an office once a week, and flying to and from an airport 90 minutes away once weekly, I feel like I did the right move living where I wanted to where I was able to have a nice place that fit my needs. Good idea?

I was on a partner/manager call today and they were discussing the “high” turnover at the senior and experienced associate level. What was shocking is that while ours is about double normal, evidently we are 3 out of 4 in turnover meaning 2 of the Big 4 are even higher.
