This question is for recruitment teams across Big 4 and other consulting companies. Where does Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi stand in terms of your B school tier based ranking? It might be possible that the institution might not in some of the companies' list, given the alumni network is very very low (less than 1000 alumni since inception). But still it has a fairly decent CAT cutoff of 98+ and good for finance I would be happy to know. I am an MBA aspirant.

Talking to a recruiter who keeps pushing me this job at an investment firm with salary equal to my current at big 4 plus 10%. I think this is too low but the person says the bonus will be at least 20% and i should think about it from a total comp perspective. Any thoughts on this? Saying “All Lives Matter” as a response to “Black Lives Matter” is like saying the fire department should spray down all houses in a neighborhood even though only one house is on fire...because all houses matter. Yes, your house matters too, BUT YOUR HOUSE IS NOT ON FIRE??? All lives matter is therefore counter productive to the issues we need to bring attention to at the moment. Not asking anyone to change their minds, just hopes this brings clarity to some all lives matter folks.
