I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again?.

I am a California teacher looking to relocate. My son is pushing for Boerne. I have spent most of my life in small private Christian schools and loved it! When I moved to public school the large class sizes and trauma/sped students filling my classroom burned me out. I moved to homeschool this year (with my same district) and love it!!! Need some advice/guidance. I’m currently with a F500 company, on a great team with decent benefits, A+ WLB, but my entire 8 yrs of recruiting has been retail/hourly roles, and recently have been wanting to expand my arsenal & get into tech/engineering. I currently make a comp of about 90k. Amazon recruiter reached out & they accepted my 150k comp expect & I’m now at the “on-site” interview portion. Recruiting is for engineering or IT roles. Is the Amazon WLB really that bad? It’s a big increase.

I had submitted my resignation a few days ago. It’s been an emotional few days sharing the news with the different teams that I work with. Everyone seems upset and I feel like I’m leaving my family, but the other job has better benefits/pay.
Has anyone else had this feeling? Leaving a company/people that you’re so close with for the unknown at a new position? Not sure if the feeling of guilt/emotions will pass once I officially leave.

My boss recently ask me to make “reports and trends” a priority and asked for data to about what is driving the market and how we are comparing. She also wants me to make a proposal for this project but it’s such a large task I don’t know how to start. People pay a lot for software and data about this stuff I feel like I’m not gonna find everything we need with Google and spreadsheet. What would be your next step??
I have been working with a company for about 6 years as a Recruiter but I don’t feel I’m gaining the best recruiting experience due to so many limitations our company has. I’ve had to teach myself Boolean searching to be more active in recruiting. I have not had the luxury of someone to truly mentor me into a Recruiter so I’m trying to find any way I can learn and be more employable. Any advice? I’ve obtained my SHRM-CP, CIR and am in the process of a the PRC. What else can I utilize or do? Thx!
