I am an FAE looking for advice on asking for a raise. I have been in my role for >1 year & provide engineering integration support virtually & on-site. I support key contracts totaling 6M+, have earned new customer contracts, replaced competitors, been personally requested by key customers & do on-site support trips solo since Sept. I enjoy my job & team but believe I may be underpaid. I currently make 70k + 5k DNE bonus, 5% 401k match & no commission. Industry avg @ 1yr exp ~90k base. Thanks!

Question for product designers out there…do you ever feel like your role as a full stack designer is conflated with that of a visual designer? Wondering how prevalent this is. I have a bg in visual/graphic design but switched to a generalist product designer role. I define visuals as only a small portion of my job. Yet, I often find visuals to be the focus, at both work and when job hunting. I’m pretty biased at this point in my distaste for focusing so much on vd….too biased for my own good?
