How's the leave policy in Pwc AC Bangalore? I joined here recently and I'm not sure on what basis the leaves are added. In my previous organisation for every month it automatically adds 15 hours (1.5 days) of leave every month and the maximum leaves eligible was 30 days. And I got 7 days sick leave on top of that from every September. So could someone let me know how it works in @pwc ac Bangalore?
Looks like Tesla has some serious competition! 😂

Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
No, salary scale is set. I did negotiate a signing bonus though. And if you're lateraling now, make sure you get a full year end bonus as well.
Only things to negotiate in terms of compensation are class year and bonus. You would honestly look dumb if you tried to throw out your own number in a lockstep comp system

If you’re not on NY scale, yes. Always yes to bonus

No
Personally I don’t, but a coworker of mine always does it. When recruiters try to lowball them, they usually say “this change doesn’t make sense for me for less than X% raise.” Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

I’m a partner, so yes, heavily negotiate.
As an associate, assuming market comp, yes for signing bonus.
If lockstep on Cravath, negotiate sign on bonus and class year.

I don’t think this is an option if you’re on Cravath scale, unless you mean negotiating class year. You should negotiate signing bonus, year end bonus without proration, etc.
