Hey fishes,

I have a question. Currently I'm working in Mindtree as a Infrastructure Engineer and basically there is nothing much technical in it.

I am very much interested in cloud and Devops and currently started learning about it as well.

I just wanted to know, how much tough it would be for me to switch from a support role to Devops role? (I am having 14 months of experience)

P.S. kindly provide me 11 likes to unlock DM feature.

Myself a Support Manager heading Production Support of a SAAS Product company. Having 14+ years of experience providing Tech Support for Enterprise customers. My key skills are with Technical Support, Incident Management, Escalation Management, and Customer Engagement. My key technical skills are Python and MySQL. Current CTC is 32L in Chennai.

But, I do not have a degree. It's harder to find companies value skills than a degree. Can someone refer to a company that values skills not degree?

I have to travel to my client every week and the client’s office is attached to a very nice hotel that’s $250 per night. There’s a hotel right across the street that’s $150 per night.. it’s alright, but not as great. Should I be mindful about how much I’m spending or should I blow up the budget until someone says something?

Cancel tomorrow and Friday interviews or no cancel and potentially get an offer and decline? Hi tax 🐠,

I have a question for those who prep individual tax returns. My parents claim my grandfather as a dependent on their tax return and due to their low income, receive PTC for the premiums they pay on his insurance (not eligible for medicare). However, would it be advantageous to have him file for his own tax return (he stays with my parents and doesn't have his own proof of residency via bills). If so, can he get PTC if his income is 0?
