Best places for good WLB and decent salary. Coming out of MBB and I’m aiming for $100k-$120k but really a 9-5. Big banks seem like a good place in Toronto but it sounds like it varies greatly by team. Hoping to get a more specific answer

So Altman clearly beats out MBB in some sectors and is trying to position themselves as an MBB or perhaps tier 2 equivalent, but they’re just not matching the salaries. Why were Analyst salaries only raised to $95K when my friends at big firms (not just tier 2 but also MBB) will be making $100-120k as second years?
