No not really. One will bring you more money and sexier clients but both can be satisfying if you work with people who value you as a person and go out of their way to make sure you are happy at wok
Also depends on how you derive satisfaction.
Small, no name agencies might not get the big clients and lots of awards like bigger, more known agencies do.
But smaller agencies might get to go home on time and work less weekends.
All depends on who you are and what makes you tick as a person.

I work for a smaller outpost of a bigger agency and am quite happy. We don’t have the biggest clients, but they’re open to creative ideas. Fewer people means more scrutiny, but a higher chance of good work being produced. As a junior, not sure i could ask for more.
