Does your organization have a good work-life balance, especially for IDs? Or do you know any such organisation? Currently I am working for more than 12 hours a day. I am a mother of one year old, hence, want to switch to the organization, which has less work pressure.

Just never buy a roadmaster unless they’re for kids that will outgrow it! (the $100 ones at Walmart). My friend at my university bike repair shop said a majority of the bikes he repaired were roadmasters and complained they were low quality
Got a Cannondale caadx, love it to bits. Rear axle is quick release which is apparently handy to attach trailer? Just did a Google, not super sure though.
