Mel Brooks has said the same about his works. Blazing Saddles is still one of the best comedies ever made and such a brilliant, scathing critique of racism, but there is a 0% chance anyone could make something like it again. Dave Chappelle’s “Black White Supremacist” skit comes to mind too.

Her character became oddly selfish towards the end. A lot of characters changed for the worse though. I think the creative focus shifted to Parks and Rec and the Office suffered quite a bit.

Parks and Rec was pretty consistent throughout in comparison. Maybe never reached the heights of the Office at its peak, but after a shaky first season was high quality throughout.

a very specific question to all Canadians.

Current situation , i need to refund signing bonus which was paid along with 3 days of work at the company, taxes are withheld obviously
When you refund a signing bonus do you
1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
3- mix between 1 and 2 refund more than was deposited but less than the whole amount ( taxes should be refunded to me next year)

My contract says 2 and they want to do 3 Help

Hi,
Can anyone suggest what should I do ? I am joining Citi next week and the team I’m assigned I heard has very hectic schedule and strict 3 days wfo and today I got a selection email from another company who are offering permanent WFH , due to certain internal approvals , the offer could be shared only next Wednesday, As I’m more inclined towards the latter.
