Myself and another associate at our 10 attorney firm are wanting to leave and start our own practice after only one year as attorneys. We both have extensive experience in the legal field. While people often argue we should “stay for the experience” we have found nobody is mentoring us and we have to figure it all out by ourselves anyway. Are we crazy to start our own firm next year?
