Hey guys im a 16 year old working on an Instagram page for a school I work at. I’m not sure how much a usual salary for a social media manager/ filmer is but I’ve asked for 16 an hour and a 100 dollar budget for starters. They currently have a company hired for socials but they aren’t as high quality as me. I know theirs money in the pot I just need to stir it correctly. Any social media managers have insight into what a good salary and budget would be for this position? Any advice?

I give the clients gold, but they decide instead, they want me to paint it with sh*t.

I got offer in May and just noticed that PF is 12% of 15k. Can this be increased to 12% of basic once I join next month?
Any employees working and paying PF monthly can help clarify this please..

I got offer from JP Morgan, for 10 LPA for Bangalore location. I have asked for 16LPA, after negotiation i asked for atleast 13.6 to 14LPA

HR's said i will confirm with Business what can we increase.

Please suggest am I getting enough, or should I decline the offer and try somewhere else?

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?
