How do you know when you’ve crossed the line of being “blunt”… where you’re too direct in a mean way? Related to work, but actually this is happening more in normal life… I’ll say something and then think that it might be too blunt that it’s mean, but it’s actually what I want and intend to say 🤷🏻‍♀️
