Interviewing for an EA position at BAH (Booz Allen Hamilton). Any insight as to the company culture as far as executive admin staff goes? (I’m aware of the “restructure” and I’ve heard both good and bad reviews.)

Is consulting actually that lucrative? I feel like my friends around me in fields like sales and commercial real estate make a killing. I’m currently 24 - is this something that catches up in the long run / exit ops?

Pros and cons doing a HDHP with HSA vs. regular PPO? Cost wise, I’m spending $18/month on the PPO and $20 copays per visit (I only usually do my physical and maybe 1-2 specialist visits). With the HDHP, I’d pay $0/month, would have to pay for each appointment given after $3000 deductible, but my company contributes $900 to my HSA. It estimates I’d pay $90/yr with the HDHP as I’d use the $900 to cover the costs vs. $345 with the PPO. I always see HSA emphasized here so confused what route to go

I have a good amount saved up in my emergency fund (6-8 months; high interest saving account) and an account for daily expenses (about 4K). I also have another high interest saving account with about 2 years worth of expenses that I've been meaning to use for investments.
