Yeah - but the problem with compensation post is when folks ask about age, which is irrelevant in a consulting context. Too many varying paths leading to the current consulting position. I met consultants that were ex-Olympians, national tennis champions, doctors, models, etc… pretty sure most of these folks made more pre-consulting any ways 😂🤣😂
