That’s where the reversible black/brown belt is clutch. Your one buckle switch away from being the most stylish dude in the room. Zero to hero.

^dude here: didn’t realize that this was a nono. I always assume that women just know exactly how to dress, so if someone is rocking a brown/black combo then they must know something that I don’t.

Note: I’m a hopeless dresser who relies on my wife to make me look presentable.

Hello all. I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to move into a Project Management role. I’m planning on completing my CSM certification by next month and thinking of completing CAPM as well. Hi Fishes,
I put my resignation in the middle of the ICT process to Canada, it had just been initiated. I'm getting SLA mails for an activity pending from my side, do I go ahead with it or just leave it be? Is there a chance my approvers will not go ahead with my candidature since I am in my notice period? Also, will it be of any use if I leave my company?

Currently have the FRM title.
I failed CFA level 3 once.

I'm hoping to eventually do CAIA, but only after I'm done with CFA. I'm also hoping to do non-financial certifications, like Certified analytics professional (CAP), and learn about web development.

While I may have the title of manager, I am still an individual contributor. The type of work I do involves quantitative analysis/data analysis/science.

Any suggestions as to what I should start with?

Fellow runners - I’ve been running 3-4x per week at about a 20-25 mile/week for the past year or so.

My questions: (1) does it make sense to take a week off and let myself rest or do other workouts (i.e. cycling) and (2) I’ve been running with the same shoes since August last year - make sense to get new ones?
