I hear you. But also it can’t be that you are so perfect and none of it rub off on them. Have you invested in their growth and knowledge. Could it be that you aren’t building leverage effectively and hence they are do dependent on you?
If you are perfect indeed, congratulations!

Agreed with M1. Anyone can be a manager (of tasks AND people). But coaching, developing, and training ppl is a real skill. One that you need to move up.
Also, ppl need to WANT to work with you. With this attitude, i doubt that’d be true
The last week of this project I will be traveling internationally and I have no idea how this thing is going to get across the finish line based on how reliant they are. I’ve never simultaneously held every position on a team before. I am trying so hard to get them coached up but it’s so much slower for most of them than it needs to be.
