There are no shortcuts. The best way is to incorporate working out and healthy eating habits into your daily routine. You won't be able to shortcut this, it's a lifestyle choice and takes discipline and patience. If you're not motivated to do it, you won't be able to do it until you really feel it. Also, find a friend to go with and hold you accountable to make it easier.
Also lol @ your lazy and frustrated sentence. You're already giving yourself an out before you even start. Stop being lazy and trying to take shortcuts
Make changes to your lifestyle that would trick your brain into taking it more seriously.
Change your diet, put a plan on how much your protein intake is, etc.
These actions can make you more dedicated
Take it slow and create a series of 100% achievable milestones. If you set expectations too high you'll just demotivate yourself. You've had your current lifestyle for a long time and change is hard. Maybe cut out one food and commit to some number of steps every day for the next two weeks? Then set another goal, then another. Build up to your goals.
And *believe* that you've got this! Because you do. And happy 2021!

You could use a pro hormone. They are legal but honestly you’d be better off woth steroids since they are disguised steroids but have to go through your liver whereas steroids go straight to the blood.
Otherwise you can try creatine 5g a day that will hold some water and make you gain some size (creatine is also natural in meats so I wouldn’t worry about it)
I believe creatine causes hair loss
The answer to this very much depends on your prior experience.
If you’re a complete beginner, go 3 or 4 days a week with each day mainly focussed on core exercises and make sure you eat at a calorie surplus (of at least 500 calories).
If you stay consistent with this you will make gains very fast, from a week or two. Even if your diet’s not great you’ll still make quick gains.
If you’ve been doing this on and off for a while then you aim to consistently go 4/5 times a week, and your diet MUST be at a good surplus.
In this case you should still be making decent gains as the weeks/months go by. Otherwise you’ll just plateau - which will happen anyway once you reach your genetic potential for muscle building.
😂exactly what I imagined with fat everywhere else on the body
Don’t be lazy, that’s it. As a beginner you can gain 1-2 lbs of lean muscle/month, but gets harder and slower the more you progress. Heavy compound full body workout will give you the best bang for the buck for packing on muscle fast, but they are exhausting and not for the lazy
Just wait until you are 2 years into training and have to bust your ass to try to gain just 3lbs of muscle in a whole year.
One additional tip: try to find exercises you enjoy, among comparable exercises for the same muscle group.
For example, I really enjoy hex bar deadlifts. There’s just something about lifting a ton of weight from a safe and comfortable-to-me position that I really enjoy. I get excited about deadlift days, and that gets me in the gym — which is better than adhering to the more widely recommended barbell version, which I don’t enjoy, and then not going to the gym as a result

I feel u about being lazy. The dont be lazy comments are irritating cuz duh lol but my best suggestion is just start small and add to it everyday. Thats what Im doing. Heard someone say this the other day and it was like a lightbulb. I used to talk myself out of any exercise because i had an all or nothing attitude. Felt like if I wasnt puking or near death it didnt count but my gains so far say otherwise. Good luck OP!
Diet is big. The more I exercised, the more I actually craved healthy foods- that took about 3-months of lifting 5-7 days a week in college (which thankfully carried through into adult life healthy eating)
I find my biggest hurdle as I’m older is schedule. In college and when single I could time it for when I felt right. 90 minutes after eating, a little bit of caffeine in my system. With kids + wife...it is tough for me to find that leisurely 2-3 hour window (of prep/execution) of “me” time. It is usually, the kids took a nap or are out for maybe 60 mins...my back f’ing hurts, maybe pop some Tylenol and get a quick lift in...
Now, remembering way back- I’ve had a few buddies do different Tren type products (1 cycle) to jump start gains. I put a 6’1” friend who weighed 130 LBs on a cycle and had him work out with me...and in less than 60 days he was at 150lbs (and just based on his body size...still scrawny)...but that’s basically a legal steroid.
I agree with almost everything everyone is saying that is positive. When you start just remember whatever you ended up doing was better than nothing which was what you were previously doing.
I really like Peloton strength classes (no riding at all). I’m sure plenty of people will say it’s a rip off, but I really enjoy it and have actually had it stick. Plus my fiancé was spending the same amount that we have on our payment plan for her gym so it’s not really anymore and we get to own the bike after a while.
I bulked up taking creative and animal pak pills years ago.
Would you do it again?
Wait I actually can cheat with health products and it won't make me look or act weird? Okay hook me up... What and how often?
