Ford motor company gives biannual hikes..and it completely depends on your performance and ratings. It could be 10-15% on an average and you also surely get promotion every 2nd year if you are among top achievers.
Ford has stopped giving biannual hikes since 2018 combined it to annually
Since 2 years Boeing didn't provide hike/bonus and It has been laying off employees. Be cautious if you've any thoughts of joining Boeing.

Exp: I am a mechanical engineer with 9 years experience QA / QC activities pertaining to Glass fibre & Carbon fibre lamination / Assembly in Aerospace .
Knowledgeable in APQP(AS9145),PPAP,PFMEA,DOE,SPC for Process Engineering .
Materials testing and Inspection using ATSM ,DIN and BS Standards under AS9100D and EASA Part 21G Quality Regulation.
The role specifies 6 years experience in non-mettalic Materials , Processes & Testing like Glass-fibre , Carbon-fibre ,Honeycomb cores ,Seals & Elastomers ( Aerosapce grade).
I have total 9 years experience in Material & Processes in the last 6 years as a Quality Engineer for a tier 2 Aerospace supplier to AIRBUS .
My current company is based in Dubai and currently in a very bad financial shape which has 6 months salary backlog since last 4 years .
I have been trying for a jump in a Aerosapce company in India since then .
Think more before joining Boeing. Reason
1. You may have to report office in hybrid mode since most of the team manager asking to report even in this current situation.
2. No hike and bonus from last two years.
3. Attrition/laying off employees has been increased.
But still Work Life Balance is good 😬
Boeing gives around 10-15%
