Boldest/most ridiculous expense you ever got away with?

Roth or Trad 401K?
$210K in yearly household income + 10% bonus (just wife and I, both 32y.o.).
Take home pay is about $140K - includes 401K contributions and health benefits.

Can't decide if Roth makes sense as I don't anticipate our retirement income will exceed current spending levels. I get the appeal of tax free withdrawals but at the expense of paying more up front. Any advice?

Remember when we were told all of our benefits would transfer? I noticed my student loan benefit ceased and I didn’t have any info from Vialto about it transitioning. When I contacted them, they said they do not have an active student loan pay down program and that one will be active on 7/1. They will not reimburse the 2 months of no benefit and there is nothing they can do about it. This is my first Vialto road block so far. Not happy about being forced to transfer to have my benefits effected.

Hello! I recently got my first UX position. While I will eventually be able to do some research, I was hoping to eventually move to a team that is fully focused on User Research. I’ve been told that I should really get a Master’s (my company will reimburse me). I was wondering if there are any respectable online Universities that are relatively easy to get into, or if I should be looking outside my company in a year or so.
