I recently got interviewed at Salesforce for position of Lead Automation Solutions Engineer and they extended an offer. FYI,I did some initial negotiation and the package looks like this;
Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?

Hi hi. New to data analyst role at my company. We have extremely large datasets with many many columns, each with many many values, and there is very little documentation. When you start at a new place, what is your approach to learning the datasets so that you can use them effectively??

I’m in talks with management about being a candidate for a new position, Project Manager. This would be a promotion for me; however, a member of my team indicated the company may not want to increase compensation for this role even though I would have more responsibilities. I’m generally pretty organized at work because I have to be. I’m a 4th year lawyer and my firm recently started including me in a new transactional practice area. I know now the lead attorney is unorganized and “meets”all deadlines last minute. They hope that I will bring organization to this area. I’ve lived my whole life trying not to live like this.
