As a new product manager what books should I be reading? I’ve already read Inspired but looking or more. For context, I’ve joined a series A start up and as expected there’s a lot to do and it’s very fluid. I want to be able to help the head of product as much as possible as well as provide some structure to how we work.

Friday thoughts on Strengths vs weaknesses: I have been told that I am solid in quant, but need development on the creative side of things - brainstorming, strategic frameworks, maybe even writing. If this situation can be improved, what should I do? books or videos or exercises? This doesn't seem easy to tackle at all... If this just reflects how I am like, does it mean I'm not fit for consulting in the longer haul (looking at SC, PM max)? Or perhaps I should focus on DD type of consulting?
So here’s the thing. I’m looking for a new gig in NYC, but I don’t want my boss to know I’m looking (who frequents fishbowl). So, I’m going to stay hidden and hope that some of y'all PM me for my book

Was reading an info article I received about "Reading Progress." I am copying the lead sentence from Monica Burn's June 21, 2021 article for you, but I really want to know if anyone is using this app. "Reading Progress is a new, free app built right into Microsoft Teams." It looks good to me on the surface for ALL teachers and is time efficient! Any thoughts?

Have offer at interesting late stage startup, 135k base 15k bonus and approx 20-25k in stock grants annually. Feels a bit on the low side but it's a decent raise in any case (7 years consulting xp plus MBA). Worth negotiating for 5-10k more in base?
How quiet is your home office environment? I am in a corporate practice and need quietness to read documents. I live in a courtyard facing apartment.
