Q: for FAANG recruiters, do candidates get a reject stamp after failing even at the later stages?
I advanced to the last stage at Facebook (Meta) around a year ago but failed on my last interview, a combination of not being familiar with the process and not having chemistry with the interviewer.
A friend who is a hiring manager recently recommended me and this time without even a HR call I received a straight up thanks but no thanks email.

Agreed. Ideally the answer is no, but I feel like you never know with people these days. It’s definitely becoming more common to talk about/disclose but I’m always hesitant to share stuff like that for this reason.
No. Just make sure you are getting help, and let him or her know that.
Having and/or admitting mental health issues does not make you a worse employee. However, I will say that sharing that with your manager is a question of emotional safety and if you feel your manager will be open to you sharing your experience.
No. Your manager should be supportive. Check to see if you employer offer mental health support or employee counseling or an EAP program. They should have something in place for you to get the help you need.
I agree with 3M1. EAP offers free counseling services you should take advantage of!
I'd like to say there's no harm in opening up, but in all honesty I don't believe I'd be honest in this situation. I'd probably just make up an excuse and make sure I start contributing more so it isn't questioned.
Definitely not. It's the first step in being able to cope better in the workplace. If you're not comfortable bringing it up to your manager, I'd hit up HR. Pretty sure Oracle can provide no-cost counseling for you

If you don’t trust your manager enough or fear repercussion, perhaps you could also fold in HR to make sure you get the support you need. A good company should care about their employee’s well being.
