How often do you think you will be traveling in 2022 with COVID mostly behind us? In the final interview/negotiation stages with an agency focused on pharmaceutical marketing as an Account Manager. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag. Not interested in much travel. Quarterly is manageable. Any insights from others in similar roles??

I'm currently working in one of the big4s(I am a 2022 passout). My college's HoD forwarded a mail for on campus placement of hsbc for batch of 23, she knew that I am very interested in jobs in financial institutions(like banks etc). I spoke with her, she told me, "fill up toh karde, fir HSBC ke haath meh". So, I filled it up and applied for hsbc.
Will HSBC consider a 2022 passout in the oncampus round of 2023 batch?
So giving my scenario and asking to you where is my fault in this.
First the company came to our campus giving the JD for Marketing.
While withing the first round of interview they changed it to SAP domain.
I got recruited as I was a fresher.
Then once I got my offer letter they have alloted me to Oracle.
I thought all of my batchmate are going to functional side, I will be with them.
Then they send me to Technical Oracle domain., which comprises of coding and all.

So in an attempt to get out of what is turning into a dead end job, I'm in the midst of pivoting to the sales floor. I'll be advancing but not necessarily in a department I care for. I'm planning on being there no longer than 6-9 months before advancing again. Am I being too ambitious?

Has anyone here worked through and survived their partner’s porn addiction? I thought we had worked passed it but it’s recently resurfaced. I’m absolutely gutted with no answers at this point. I know it’s an addiction and we’ll have ebbs and flows. But I thought I’d have some reprieve for more than a year. I’m just exhausted from it and the consequences it has on our marriage.
My firm just started my first step in the PERM/GC process. But my bf (GC holder) and I plan to get married next year. How soon should I notify EY about changing my GC sponsoring through marriage? I don’t want to notify before I officially engaged
Need recommendations of books or videos or trainings about sleep training 1 yr old. He was a great sleeper and now he fights both naps and hardly naps without being held and needs Montessori kind of mattress to sleep and hates his own crib. I am at wits end.
Hi All! I have been actively looking for a role, and I have experienced working with different recruiters from small and big companies. One thing I started to notice is that they reach out knowing I don't have the specific skill or exprience the team is REALLY looking for. However, I still give it a chance for redeeming myself during the interview with hiring manager. But my question is why waste your and candidate's time when you know the team will not accept the candidate?
