5 yoe was 12.5 lacs appx and so on

Now it has just got increased by factor of 3 or 3.25 i.e. 8 year of work ex 8x3 = 24 -27 lacs

What do you think has led to this shift?

I am an year experienced working in data field. I recently switched to another company where my mentor is has a Chinese English accent and that is very difficult to understand. Due to which it takes me a lot of time to dig around about things that he says and finish the task. It might come of as I don't finish the task in given time span.
