Is it appropriate to follow up after interviews to ask why you were not selected? And/or ask for feedback so that you can develop and improve professionally?

I've had SEVERAL interviews since February, and I keep getting rejected and it's starting to leave me feeling discouraged. I've been in my current position for just over 3 years and in the industry for around 4 years and have a bachelor's in Legal Studies. The positions I've applied to all vary in nature.

Hey all! We are planning to go to the Florida Keys in April! We have no clue about the islands and want to know what all the excitement is about.
