Bought a condo and was informed by the existing tenant that the bedroom window in the winter collects way above normal amount of condensation to the point that the floor beneath the window is soaked. Tenant said they informed the prior owners numerous times to the issue but were ignored. No mention of it on any disclosure form. Is this grounds for a lawsuit? Pretty new the property owner stuff.

Anyone have an outdoor TV at their personal property or rental? We will need one for our screened in porch (house being built in Massachusetts) that will will also be a rental. I like the Peerless AV Neptune partial shade 65” tv but my husband thinks at that price we just get a cheaper TV and replace it if needed.
