I recently joined a company's marketing team as the latter. Then, a few months ago our performance marketer made the case for switching from a leadgen to a demandgen strategy. So far so good. But now, he seems to be overly eager to be involved in the content creation process and is edging his way into what were previously my responsibilities. I understand there's a lot of overlap between demandgen and content marketing so what's the best way to work together w/out stepping on each other's toes?
