Going to see it tonight! Excited. Read the book. Can’t wait

It doesn't make it very far in the book. Will definitely need to be at least one more movie.

Got great reviews, but i havent seen it.

I liked it. Definitely gives me lord of the ring vibes

I saw the one in 1984 if that counts

It was not the wort movie I have seen, but was not really thrilled. I actually saw it the theater (don’t make fun of me) and am surprised stayed awake the whole time

Turned it off after 40 minutes. I may try again later.

Looking at fee increases for 2021 tax compliance and probably going for 10% increase with most clients to account for increases to wage levels this year. I’m expecting to negotiate down to 5-8% on some clients. With producer price index at 8.6% I’m hoping to successfully sell clients on the reality of higher fees. Those that want to fire me over fees I feel ok losing clients with decreasing profitability that can be replaced within a year. What kind of increase are you pursuing?

I’m so frustrated with my senior right now. He hops into my workpapers late at night and reviews them even though they are not completed and I have not signed off yet. He’ll do this before it’s even due.

What is the purpose? He leaves issues like “dates are still PY” or “this looks like py balances” for analytics. And I’m just like wtf, yeah no sh*t bro. I haven’t even gotten to that w/p yet. I haven’t had a similar problem with anyone else and it’s really starting to get to me.

For a project, I would like to program something with a back end and a front end. It should be easy and focused especially on analytics. This is what I wish the tool would do:
- import excel/csv configuration table
- calculation & analytics (sas/r/python style)
- export csv
- allow for visuals (bar charts etc.)
- it should work on/ offline and should be able to be executable without having specific software installed

I was thinking R shiny style. Do you have suggestions/ ideas where to start?
