Does novartis paused hiring ? I have completed all my rounds and have been waiting for an offer to roll out. But the recruitment team is saying hiring is on hold as review meetings are going we don't know when they will start it. Does anyone know when will they resume hiring process again.

Account Sup / Sr Account Manager salary in LA?
Higher salary. Qualify for more loans, better apartments, expedite your savings faster. Always keep looking for back-ups and use this pay scale for your new benchmark when looking for other opportunities.
A, better title for future growth and more money. Big names aren’t paying your mortgage or filling your retirement fund. My last choice of positions came down to 401k match and vesting; 5% match, immediate vesting vs 6%, 3 -5 year progressive vesting.
I like option A way more.
It’s probably more nimble, probably will allow vesting faster, probably PTO is higher or more negotiable, plus you’ll like the checks.
I work at a huge brand company and it’s awful
I’d take the better title and salary at A, unless you don’t think they’re stable/well positioned. If they raised a $60m series B round they may not be an eye popping name on your resume but they’re big/established enough that it definitely won’t hurt you (and there’s a good chance they grow bigger while you’re there if that $60m was recent).
Depends where you are in life and what you need now. I would also look at other benefits too and what the progression is like at company b. Why not try to negotiate a higher package at company b?
Higher salary, better title, higher company growth potential. What’s wrong with that?
What about stock? Company A sounds like they’d give better RSUs/options.
At this level and spread, the $$$ difference is semi negligible. I’d recommend focusing on who the direct supervisor is for each role and the relative level of influence that person and his/her team (ie. You) have as a function for your growth path. What good is an extra $35k gross now if the upward mobility is stagnant or they go through a round of layoffs? Think long AND short term
