Best consulting idioms. Go
Hi all! I am former federal government. I resigned due to lack of opportunities and growth. I am interested in a couple of Apple service roles within Pay, Care and SDS. Also, Amazon PM roles under Music, Live Sports and Brand Protection. However, with to the current economic conditions is it smarter to focus on fed roles versus Tech. I’ve never had a Tech role. I have a BS Mechanical Engineering and MBA. Any advice would be appreciated.
Looking at you MBB & FAANG
I still think about you 😬

Haze him
Set them up to get shitcanned. Then they'll have had that problem before.
Practice saying this: "you're on our end now, m.f."
Talk to him how that comes off and what effect it produces.
Pull aside and say tell them I corse they haven't experienced it before, they are brand new
Just tell him that if it turns out to be his mistake then his career and performance review is on the line. He better be absolutely sure before making statements like that. And be ready to follow-up on your own words. My team everyone owns their mistakes, we don't blame others.
I tend to favor the pull aside with blunt honesty but I also don't want him to stop speaking up when he actually is right or notices a problem. Just want him to zip it with the interjections when he has literally no experience.
Just realized how that sounded. "Set up" means throwing them in the deep end of the pool with no assistance from you or the team and heavier weight until they can't do it on their own. Some people only learn that way.
I'd ask him to investigate the root cause of the problem and then report back to me, then walk him through what really caused it if he was wrong showing he's not a know it all and there's lots to learn. explain to him that were a team and there's no "your fault" etc
Nip it now. Had a similar experience that led to the client asking the resource to leave the project.
Maybe they know it all 😂😂😂
